被誉为摇滚之父的Dinosaur Jr.乐队队长J Mascis与Squier携手推出的这款全新Jazzmaster吉他，提供了尽可能丰富的音色和演奏性能。为了能得到更好的声音与性价比，无论是拾音器、硬件还是漆面，都是由Mascis本人所特定。这款Jazzmaster吉他特有椴木琴身，C形枫木琴颈，9.5英寸半径玫瑰木指板继而21枚大号品丝，两个单线圈拾音器配合三档选择开关和双音色电路，金色氧化处理的铝合金护板，仿旧的白色塑料部件（旋钮、开关帽、拾音器盖），带有复古款式悬浮式颤音拉弦板的Adjusto-Matic琴桥，复古风格弦钮，镀铬硬件，仿古白色漆面及背面有J Mascis签名的60年代款大琴头。
